Had I known about this before I would have done the high windows myself instead of paying someone for
the same product.”

ComforTech™ Performance Specifications
All ComforTech™ Ceramic Series window films are NFRC rated. That means the film has been tested by an independent lab to determine the film’s performance.
While all the films offer solar control, glare reduction, fade protection, UV blocking and energy efficiency, the darker the film you choose, the better the solar control you will get. So choosing a shade is a balance between the performance you need and the shade you are comfortable with.
Key specs to note are Total Solar Energy Rejected (TSER) which is a measure of how much heat the film rejects and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) which measures the amount of heat that makes it through the filmed window into your home.

FAQs
Yes! All of Concord Window Film’s products are double pane (dual pane) glass safe up to 40 sqft in size.
No, all of the film we sell is manufactured for interior installation.
Dual reflective means that there are two levels of reflectivity in the film: one for the inside and one for the outside.
The reflectivity is lower on the inside of the film and higher on the outside to reflect the sun’s energy.
Most window films you can purchase online have the same high level of reflectivity on both sides of the film. This makes it harder to look out of the window at night.
Having a dual refelctive film makes it easier to see out the window at night and gives less of a reflective look inside the home.

We recommend you purchase the installation tool kit along with your film. The tool kit contains everything professionals would use to install the window film.
Using the wrong tools – especially during the squeegeeing phase of installation or the wrong installation solution – can lead to installation problems.
For example, having bubbles appear under the film after it has dried is a sign that it has not been properly squeegeed. You need the correct tool that is hard enough to press all the water and solution out from under the film without damaging the film itself.
And using anything other than slip-tack solution or baby shampoo in the installation solution can leave behind a residue under the film that will compromise the optical clarity of the film.
It’s also important that you use a clean spray bottle when mixing the installation solution. Any residue from past chemicals or detergents that were previously in the bottle can adversely affect the film and/or it’s adhesive.
You can purchase our Installation Tool Kit here.
The kit contains 5″ x 7″ samples of all five shades of our ComforTech Ceramic Series film, as well as a sample of our Matte White Privacy film and our Silver 15 Reflective film.
The kit costs $5, but there is a coupon code in the kit for $5 off your first film purchase.

We ship all of our film via UPS. Once an ordered has been packaged for shipment and the warehouse generates a UPS label for the package, you will receive an email with UPS tracking information.
Most UPS packages arrive between 2-5 days depending on where you live.
If you have any questions about your package, please contact us directly at [email protected] or 888-206-1413.
The short answer is yes, you can. We will always take back film that has been damaged in transport or has a manufacturing defect.
If you decide you don’t want the film for whatever reason we will accept returns of unopened, unused film only.
Because we want to ensure that everyone receives the best product, and due to the fragile nature of window film in general, we do not resell film that has been handled.

Want to install window film in your home but frustrated by the lack of professional-grade options?
We are disrupting the window film industry by providing homeowners the same ceramic film the pros use
- Ceramic window film is the most popular film installed in homes. But until now, you could only access this professional grade film if you hired an installer.
- Most films available through online retailers or big box stores are older technology films (dyed or metallic), that are 1MIL thick with a sticky adhesive that are hard to install, and provide no clear information on what kind of performance you can expect from the film.
- Concord Window Film changed all that by making ceramic film available to DIY homeowners like you who want the benefits of a pro-grade film combined with the cost savings of installing it yourself.
