We currently ship only to the continental United States only (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the country.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Rolls will typically ship within 1 to 2 days of ordering. All other film typically ships within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom cut orders can take up to 4-6 business days during busy periods such as sales – if speed is an issue, please reach out to us for current leadtimes.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped that will have tracking number (for film and tool orders) or just a confirmation that your order has shipped (no tracking) if it is a sample kit because these are sent U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail.
We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all of our precut Window Film Kits and our Installation Tool Kit.
We offer FREE shipping if you purchase precut Window Film Kits (not rolls or custom kits) with a value of $100 or more (a tool kit can be included in the value).
We offer $10 flat rate shipping on standard rolls of 36″x10′ and 36″x25′ film. We offer $25 flat rate shipping for XL rolls (defined as all 50′ and 100′ length rolls, as well as all 48″ and 60″ rolls). Finally, we have a flat rate of $35 for shipping of XXL rolls (defined as 72″ wide rolls). These are adders that UPS charges based on the weight or large size (length) of some of our film packages.
Custom cut kits have a flat rate of $10 per order.
All of our Sample Kits are shipped via USPS and charged the actual $1.90 postage we are charged from the post office.
Unfortunately, UPS is unable to ship to P.O. boxes. UPS requires a valid street address for all orders.
We do our best to pass along special delivery notes to our carrier, however we cannot guarantee that UPS will follow specific instructions. If you have delivery preferences — such as holding a package, placing the package in a certain spot, redirecting to a different address, or scheduling a delivery window — we recommend setting these up directly through UPS My Choice at ups.com. It’s free and gives you full control over your deliveries.
UPS ground transit times are between 1 and 5 days, with 90% of packages arriving within 3 days.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for USPS first class mail shipments of sample kits. This has been our experience for how long the postal service can take – particularly if you are in a rural area. Please note again there is no tracking offered for first class mail.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (except for sample kits, which do not have tracking). This email will be sent from [email protected] – please check your spam folder if you don’t see it immediately. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can also access your tracking information from your Concord Window Film account (if you set one up at checkout). You can create an account at anytime by clicking the “My Account” option in the main menu. As long as you use the same email address as your order, the system will assign any past or open orders to you and you will be able to see them inside your account.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for film and tool deliveries or 7 business days for sample kits, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
