Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if done so prior to shipment. The best way to do this is to contact our customer care department at 888-206-1413 or via web chat as soon as possible so we can pull the order from processing.
The majority of our orders ship the same day, so if you have already received a shipment notification email with tracking information and it is past 3PM EST the order has already been picked up by UPS and the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow the return instructions below.
Returns
Product Defects / Damaged Product
Concord Window Film guarantees our products against manufacturing defects through our limited warranty. If you find your film is defective or was damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately by phone (888-206-1413) or email (support@windowfilm.com) so that we can get more film out to you as soon as possible.
We would be grateful if you could include the nature of the issue (damage or defect) and any supporting photos of the product (and packaging if damaged).
We will then send you a return shipment label for the product. We accept returns up to 30 days from the purchase date of the film.
Other Return Reasons
If you decide you no longer want the film for any other reason, we will accept returns for UNOPENED, non-custom cut film up to 30 days from the purchase date. Shipping & handling fees (including PayPal processing fees) are not refundable on returns and you are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only after film has been received and inspected. Custom cut kit orders are always final sale and cannot be returned.

To maintain the highest quality of our product, we cannot accept returns of OPENED film. Because of the fragile nature of window film, we do not restock or resell opened, handled, or partially used products so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of OPENED film for any other reason other than manufacturing defects or product damage.
To ensure you’ve selected the right film, we suggest ordering a sample kit before purchasing film. Our sample kit includes 5″ x 7″ pieces of each shade of our ComforTech Ceramic Series film, a piece of our Matte White as well as a piece of our Silver 15 Reflective film. We recommend taping the film to your window and viewing it from both inside and outside to determine the correct type and shade of film for your home.
