Orders can be canceled if done so prior to shipment. The best way to do this is to contact our customer care department at 888-206-1413 or via web chat as soon as possible so we can pull the order from processing. If you wish to cancel after business hours, please send an email to [email protected]. We will follow up with an email letting you know the status of the cancellation.
Concord Window Film guarantees our products against manufacturing defects through our limited warranty. If you find your film is defective or was damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately by phone (888-206-1413) or email ([email protected]) so that we can get more film out to you as soon as possible.
We would be grateful if you could include the nature of the issue (damage or defect) and any supporting photos of the product (and packaging if applicable).
We will then send you a return shipment label for the product. We accept returns up to 30 days from the purchase date of the film.
If you decide you no longer want the film for another reason, we will accept returns for UNOPENED film up to 30 days from the purchase date.
To maintain the highest quality of our product, we cannot accept returns of OPENED film. Because of the fragile nature of window film, we do not restock or resell products so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of OPENED film for any other reason other than manufacturing defects or product damage.
To ensure you’ve selected the right film, we suggest ordering a sample kit before purchasing film. Our sample kit include 5″ x 7″ pieces of each shade of our ComforTech Ceramic Series film, a piece of our Matte White as well as a piece of our Silver 15 Reflective film. We recommend taping the film to your window and viewing it from both inside and outside to determine the correct type and shade of film for your home.
