Our Shipping Policy

Shipping Zone

Shipping is limited to the continental United States only (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates

All film and tools are shipped using UPS ground shipping. We ship sample kits via USPS First Class Mail.

Continental US

We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all of our precut Window Film Kits and our Installation Tool Kit. 

We offer FREE shipping if you purchase precut Window Film Kits (not rolls or custom kits) with a value of $100 or more (a tool kit can be included in the value).

We offer $10 flat rate shipping on standard rolls of 36″x10′, 36″x25′ and 36″x50′ film. We offer $25 flat rate shipping for XL rolls (defined as 36″x100′, as well as all 48″ and 60″ rolls). Finally, we have a flat rate of $35 for shipping of XXL rolls (defined as 72″ wide rolls).

Custom cut kits have a flat rate of $10 per order.

All of our Sample Kits are shipped via USPS and charged the actual $1.90 postage we are charged from the post office.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, UPS is unable to ship to P.O. boxes. UPS requires a valid street address for all orders.

Delivery Instructions

We do our best to pass along special delivery notes to our carrier, however we cannot guarantee that UPS will follow specific instructions. If you have delivery preferences — such as holding a package, placing the package in a certain spot, redirecting to a different address, or scheduling a delivery window — we recommend setting these up directly through UPS My Choice at ups.com. It’s free and gives you full control over your deliveries.

Shipping Transit Time

UPS ground transit times are between 1 and 5 days, with 90% of packages arriving within 3 days.

Please allow 5-7 business days for first class mail shipments of sample kits.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (except for sample kits, which do not have tracking). This email will be sent from support@windowfilm.com – please check your spam folder if you don’t see it immediately.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

You can also access your tracking information from your Concord Window Film account (if you set one up at checkout). You can also create an account at anytime by clicking the “My Account” option in the main menu. As long as you use the same email address as your order, the system will assign any past or open orders to you and you will be able to see them inside your account. 

Finally, you can always contact us about any shipping or tracking questions.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@windowfilm.com with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.

Shipping FAQs

What shipping options are available?

We ship all of our film and tools via UPS.

We offer flat rate shipping that changes depending on the type of film you purchase.

If you are interested in expedited shipping – please contact us prior to ordering either at support@windowfilm.com or via the chat and we will provide the options and costs to you. If an expedited option is chosen, we will create a custom order for you reflecting the additional cost.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Occasionally (during special sale events) custom cut orders can take longer.

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.*

*Please note that sample kits are shipped regular first class mail to keep shipping costs low – therefore there is NO TRACKING on sample kits.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can track your package at ups.com or through the UPS mobile app.

Please note that this is for film orders only. Sample kits are sent via regular first class mail through the postal service to keep costs low and therefore have NO TRACKING.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time we only ship within the United States.

Can I leave special delivery instructions?

You can add a delivery note at checkout and we will pass it along to UPS. However, we cannot guarantee that carriers will follow specific instructions, as delivery procedures are determined by UPS directly. For the most control over your delivery, we recommend signing up for UPS My Choice (free at ups.com), where you can redirect packages, schedule delivery windows, hold at a location, and more.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged so we can get a replacement out to you asap.

UPS requires a minimum of 8 photos to file a claim, so we would appreciate it if you could take several photos of the damaged packaging, the label on the box, as well as the damage to the film. Please send these to support@windowfilm.com or text them to 978-767-4049.

Finally, please hold onto all packaging and film. UPS will reach out to you to pick it up for inspection as part of their claims process.

My package says delivered but I never received it. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that!

As a first step, we recommend checking with neighbors and any other household members first, then contacting UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 to file a claim.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
